What is your return policy for camera bodies and lenses?
We offer a 14-day return period for most new equipment. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and blank warranty cards included. A restocking fee may apply if the shutter count exceeds a reasonable testing limit.
Do you offer international shipping for high-end electronics?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. All high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured to protect your investment during transit.
Are the products sold on your site covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, as an authorized dealer for brands like Sony, Canon, Nikon, and Fujifilm, all new products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell 'grey market' goods.
Do you buy or trade-in used photography gear?
Absolutely. You can bring your used gear to our store or submit an online request for a quote. We offer competitive trade-in credit toward new purchases or cash buyouts for quality equipment.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. You can also monitor your order status through your Glazer's Camera account dashboard.
